NYSE Rule SR-2026-17 Goes Operative, Enabling On-Chain Russell 1000 Trading

NYSE rule SR-NYSE-2026-17 went operative in late May 2026, enabling tokenized Russell 1000 stocks and major ETFs to trade on the same order book as conventional shares. T+0 on-chain settlement is expected in Q3 2026 once the NYSE Digital Trading Platform integration completes.
