Casual Films has been recognized with multiple accolades at the 2025 MUSE Creative and Design Awards for its collaboration with KuCoin on the crypto exchange’s new brand film. The project earned one Platinum and two Gold awards, marking a significant achievement in the global creative industry. Organized by the International Awards Associate (IAA), the MUSE Awards received over 13,000 entries from around the world in its 2025 Season 2 competition. Submissions were evaluated by a panel of more than 100 industry professionals from 30 countries, with winners selected for their innovation, craftsmanship, and impact across design and visual storytelling. Casual Films’ submission centered on KuCoin’s core brand message, “Trust First, Trade Next,” and was created to visually articulate the company’s renewed focus on security, transparency, and user empowerment. Grounded in empathy, the narrative highlights how trust and consistency are fundamental to both family bonds and financial journeys. All entries in this season of the MUSE Creative and Design Awards were reviewed through a blind judging process to maintain objectivity. The jury featured respected figures such as Jeremy Smith, Design Director and Lecturer at Irving Smith Architects, and Florian Seidl, Design Manager at Lavazza. Notable brands recognized alongside KuCoin included Toyota USA, The Coca-Cola Company (Sprite), Hilton, Warner Bros., and Lacoste.
